Small ceremonies can be held the following specific locations inside the gardens:

Gazebo - South Woods
(Elopements ONLY fit into this location)

 

Trellis
This location is on the far end of the gardens.
If you pick this location, make sure you don't have guests with walking disabilities.

 

Courtyard Gazebo
This is our preferred location and the closest one from the main entrance.

 

What time can I have my ceremony?
the Garden assigns the ceremony times for small ceremonies as follows: 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

How long does the ceremony last?
Small ceremony rental includes the use of this venue for a maximum of 1 hour including the ceremony and photography.

Can I extend my hours of rental? Can I arrive before my rental time?
NO. Rental hours for are very specific and are for a maximum of 1 hour only. The Gardens' schedules back to back events and rental hours cannot vary.

Is there an attendance limit?
Yes. This package accommodates a maximum of 22 people total in attendance including the bride & groom (excluding our ceremony team). There are NO exceptions to this number. These are location rules and they make a "head count" before we are allowed to access the ceremony site.

Does it includes chairs?
Chairs are not provided for small weddings. your attendess will stand during the ceremony.

May I bring in my own chairs?
NO, rental chairs are not permitted in the gardens.

Where can I dress?
Bridal facilities are NOT available for small weddings. You must arrive ready to start. Also, This garden is a 50-acre property with varied landscapes ideal for photography. Brides - make sure you wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking A LOT for pictures. please, avoid high heels if possible.

Where can the bride hide from the groom?
Bridal facilities are NOT available for small weddings, therefore, this kind of "formality" is not possible with this package. You must arrive ready to start.

May I hold my rehearsal?
Rehearsals are not available with this simple elopement package. However, you are welcome to visit the location free of charge after a deposit is paid and your wedding "spot" has been secured..

Do you decorate the wedding site?
No; we don't. Small weddings are designed to be short and simple and an hour rental is not long enough to include decoration setup and breakdown. The small wedding locations are beautiful and picturesque and do not need decorations.

Can we throw Rose Petals?
NO. the garden only permits biodegradable rice, bubbles, or butterflies.

What happens if it rains?
The location will provide an indoor room we can use if is raining. If it stops raining during our contracted time, we can go outside for photography.

How far ahead can you book this venue?
This venue cannot be secured and will not confirm availability for ceremonies more than 1 year away.

What happens if I need to postpone my ceremony?
You may postpone your event once with MORE THAN 60 DAYS ADVANCED NOTICE in order to be able to use your deposit for a future time; no exceptions. Any "postponements" with 60 days or LESS advanced notice will have to pay a second deposit in order to reschedule the ceremony.
