FLORIDA MARRIAGE LICENSE BY MAIL SERVICE

If you are NOT a Florida Resident, we can process your Florida Marriage License by mail and it will be ready when you arrive to Florida. This service is priced at $200.00 and it includes the $93.50 State License Fee.

STEPS TO GET STARTED:

1. PAY THE EXTRA $200 FEE FOR THIS SERVICE

2. FILL OUT A MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
You must complete our Application with your personal information. This application will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your deposit payment is received.

3. MAKE COPIES OF A VALID PHOTO ID
The application must be received with a copy of your USA Driver's License, US State Photo ID OR if you are from another Country, your Passport will work. Make sure your copies are legible please! If you have a scanner, it is best if you scan your ID's instead.

4. SEND EVERYTHING TO US VIA E-MAIL, FAX OR POSTAL MAIL
Send your application and ID copies via e-mail, fax or postal mail.

FINAL STEPS INCLUDE:

1.As soon as we receive your application and ID copies, we will request a Florida Marriage License on your behalf.

2.Back home, you will need to take your Marriage License and a few other documents we will send you to a Notary/Solicitor and have those documents notarized.

3.Finally, you will send the license and notarized documents back to us via Postal Mail so that we can have it validated and ready for you on your wedding day!

In summary, there are only two steps you need to complete on your end: complete and send the application and notarize the license back home; we take care of the rest. After you have completed those two steps, you don't need to do anything else; your license will be here waiting for you the day of your wedding!

NOTE TO COUPLES LIVING OUTSIDE USA:
Notaries are inexpensive in the US, however, if you live in a Foreign Country, a Solicitor/Notary could be quite expensive; in that case we suggest you obtain the license in person once you arrive to Florida instead. Make sure you check your local Solicitor's Fees to notarize three documents before making a decision.
